Being Sick is Boring

My e-mail reply to the French Connection....

Hey Sim, (Buddy from France)

Kashi has got his ways of training so I think he is on the slow road to speed. I don't like getting dropped that sucks!!! Tell him I said I miss him and I want some fashion tips next time we hang out. (Kashi got droped in his first 2 races in France with Simm's road team)

My training was going awesome almost too good I was testing at 470 watts at threshold a week ago. Now I am sick and haven't ridden in 5 days! RATS. I guess I needed the rest. My power at AT isn't enough to light a 120v light bulb past a dim glow right now.

I may race Tour de Puerto Rico, a UCI stage race. I got shut down from Discovery team Oh Well. I think Lance hates me. I spit on him on Alp Duez... well actually it was just some drool, I was drinking a lot and yelling. He thinks I really tried to spit on him though. He's so stubborn.

I was thinking of doing Tour of Georgia but I can't even get into the Jefferson Cup, the field filled on the day registration opened! Maybe I could get into some office park crit instead ...I love those.

The race I am really looking forward to on the road is the Tour of Shenandoah! This race has got the GOODS, 7 Stages with some serious climbing. I would highly recommend you get your ass over here to check this s*** out! Other than that I would love to do the US pro Championships the Cap Tech Challenge and the Univest GP and a few other big races if I can find a team that would love me. ☹

Peace: JB
