Pretty in Pink!
C Vlille's Maglia Rosa has been won by outsiders!
Sue and I have some pink in our jersey collection now.
Today was the 4th and final stage of the famed renagade race, Giro d' Ville. We took 6 hours to complete the loop though alot of it was spent at the 7/11, but hey it's all shammi time.
Today’s stage was Fairly tranquil. The 35 mile mountain bike loop featured the twisted single tracks of the Rivanna Trial. This was very tight single track with fun rock garderns and some steep hills. Our posse of rough riders completed this final stage at piano pace with the exeption of a few kom points at the end.
We all had a great time. Many thanks to Buchi our East West correspondent for his invaluable translation and logistical help.
