Mmmmmmmmmmm.... good stuff.

Erin and I finally had some lazy-do-nothing time at home and it was nice.

We went out to eat at one of our favorite digs.

Later, we watched some movies and talked about the idea of a winter training camp in Canaan Valley, West VA.

I am sure Chip Chase would approve!

Well thats bout it. Not much to talk about...

OH YEAH the answer to my pop quiz was 4 riders if you consider unofficial world titles and 1 if you are talking UCI.

Montezuma's Revenge

Hey.


Today is a little better than yesterday but to look at the bright side I needed the rest. After coming down with a case of the aches on travel day I decided that I might have consumed some bad water or food in Costa Rica. I am not sure if it was the swamp like jeep roads that reeked of animal poo or the BIG mistake of begging for water at a seaside hut on the scorching final stage, but I picked up something foul.

I guess I will have a few days to really chill out and reminisce about the Costa Rican adventure. Did I mention soap operas suck, how do people watch this crap.

Other interesting news

...I will be attending a customer appreciation event at bikes unlimited in Lychburg VA on December 3rd and a ride that afternoon.

....Cape Epic is going to be the worlds first ever UCI sanctioned 2 person team stage race in the world.

5th at the RUTA

Amazing weekend gang.

I should say that I may not have won this race but I learned alot. I got a chance to ride with one of the legends of the sport and help him beat the odds.

.. tasted many flavors of mud.

.. found my true limits strengths and weakness.

..finished the toughest race in the World so far...

and found the meaning of La Ruta;
