Back in the saddle again. :)

Cool.

My follow up at the doctors indicated i am doing well.

I figured I would spin a little just to move. My legs were tired but good. Man it's stange getting tired after an hour at 115 hr but man it was great i could even ride! I Was bed ridden like 4 days ago!

Don't worry I am not going to push it.

I a so glad to have a little energy again.

My first real outing was today with Erin to the Food cat.

The grocerey store is a daunting place for one who can't chew with all of those caramel candy bars, ribs steaks pretzels you name it Its good, I can't eat it. Well its not so bad. Good food still tastes good pureed.

Go ride some crunchy trails for me!

Glad to hear you're doing so well JB. My dad had similar injuries and he said that the pepperoni pizza we pureed in a Vita-Mix was his favorite. I can send you a recipe.
