2. TO ENTER AND PLAY: To enter, e-mail the title and artist of your favorite song to Tunes @JeremiahBishop.com by September 8, 2008. Participants may enter up to ten (10) times per contest. JeremiahBishop.com is not responsible for incomplete, illegible or lost entries or for failure to receive entries due to technical failures of any kind, whether originating with sender or otherwise.

3. ELIGIBILITY: Except where prohibited Tunes to Ride by is open to legal residents of the 50 states and Washington, D.C., and who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry.  

4. PRIZES: One winner will receive a pair of JBL Reference 220 Earphones, which are valued at $79.95.

5. ODDS: Odds of winning are based on the number of contest entries received.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND ACCEPTANCE: One winner will be randomly selected on or around September 10, 2008. Winner will be notified via email to obtain the winner’s mailing addresses. The winner’s address will be forwarded to the Director of Brand Marketing, Harman Mobile, Portable and Companion Products, who will send the prize to the winner. Inability to reach prize winner by email after reasonable efforts (as determined solely by JeremiahBishop.com) may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. Winners may waive their right to receive a prize. Prize is nontransferable. No substitutions allowed. Harman Consumer Group is solely responsible for providing the prize directly to specified winner. Winner is solely responsible for reporting and payment of any taxes on the prize. Except where prohibited, participation in Tunes to Ride by constitutes entrant’s consent to the publication of his or her first name in any media for any commercial or promotional purpose, without limitation or further compensation.

7. PARTICIPATION: Participation in Tunes to Ride by constitutes an agreement by each entrant to comply with these Contest Rules.

GENERAL RELEASE: By entering Tunes to Ride by, entrants release JeremiahBishop.com, and related sponsors, and each of their respective affiliated companies, directors, officers, employees, representatives, partners and agents from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with Tunes to Ride by or with the acceptance, possession or use of any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light). In many US states and municipalities, it is illegal to use audio equipment, including headphones, while operating a bicycle on public streets, sidewalks, etc.
