What to Expect Each Day

Every day follows a proven structure that mirrors the rhythm of a stage race.

Morning

• Core activation and mobility
• Skill of the Day briefing (focused, practical, stage-race specific)
• 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM Training Ride
  • Race-pace efforts
  • Mid-ride stops to session key technical sections
  • Emphasis on line choice, pacing, and efficiency

Midday

• Trail-side lunch break
• Optional bonus riding or skills refinement

Evening

• One-hour lecture and discussion covering:
  • Pacing, race strategy, and mental preparation
  • Equipment selection and bike setup
  • Nutrition and recovery
• Campfire hang, storytelling, and Q&A with the Bishop Training Crew
